Can you estimate design-build mechanical scope from partial drawings?

Yes — we regularly work from 50–75% design documents and flag assumptions clearly so you can adjust pricing as drawings develop.

Do you include start-up and TAB costs?

Testing, adjusting and balancing can be scoped in on request; by default we price installed equipment, ductwork and piping.

How do you handle sheet metal fabrication vs. purchased duct?

Tell us your shop's fabrication capability and we'll price labor accordingly, or default to purchased duct standards.
